ABOUT ME
My name is Juliet Grillo, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA - NY). I am deeply committed to improving outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families. I use a collaborative, compassionate, and dynamic approach backed by research. I focus on practical and individualized solutions that seamlessly integrate into each family’s routines and priorities.

Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Rutgers University
Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology
Extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis and preventing, supporting and de-escalating high risk behaviors.
Graduate of the LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities) fellowship program
Public speaker at national and international conferences on topics that include leadership, effective staff training and building strong family collaboration.
