ABOUT ME

My name is Juliet Grillo, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA - NY). I am deeply committed to improving outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families. I use a collaborative, compassionate, and dynamic approach backed by research. I focus on practical and individualized solutions that seamlessly integrate into each family’s routines and priorities.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Rutgers University

  • Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

  • Extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis and preventing, supporting and de-escalating high risk behaviors.

  • Graduate of the LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities) fellowship program

  • Public speaker at national and international conferences on topics that include leadership, effective staff training and building strong family collaboration.
